If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, Las Vegas Sands Corp., its properties, and its Team Members encourage you to get help -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Caring counselors will provide information on treatment and support resources in your area.

Marina Bay Sands has created a responsible gaming program that trains all of its team members on gaming responsibly and where to direct guests seeking help for gambling-related problems. It also has created an atmosphere of responsible gaming in educating its patrons through a wide range of collateral available throughout the casino. Additionally, Marina Bay Sands proudly and actively supports the social safeguards established by the Singapore Government including the entry levy system for Singapore citizens and permanent residents, a program for patrons to set self limits, and casino exclusion orders.

It is committed to working closely with the Singapore Government and the National Council on Problem Gambling as it continues to be a leader in responsible gaming. It additionally has reached out to other organizations including the National Addictions Management Service and the Tanjong Pagar Family Centre to insure that those seeking help have the appropriate resources available to them.

In 2007 and 2009, Marina Bay Sands presented at the Singapore Problem Gambling Conference. Marina Bay Sands is continually looking at new opportunities for potential partnerships with scholars, experts, and service providers to continue to develop its responsible gaming program.
