If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, Las Vegas Sands Corp., its properties, and its Team Members encourage you to get help -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Caring counselors will provide information on treatment and support resources in your area.
Venetian Macau Limited is fully behind LVSC's long-term commitment to help problem gamblers. The Sands Macao, Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, and Four Seasons Macao have partnered with experts, scholars and counseling centers to create a program that helps problem gamblers get the help they need. The Responsible Gaming program partners in Macau include:
- The Resilience Centre -- Problem Gambling Prevention and Treatment Centre (MSAR Government Social Welfare Bureau) -- provides hotline counseling and inquiry, individual and family counseling, group therapy and community education.
- Rehabilitation Centre for Problem Gamblers -- provides individual counseling and group therapy for people affected by problem gambling.
- Caritas Macau Family service – provides assistance for families with financial difficulties and other family problems.
- Caritas Macau – Life Hope Hotline – provides 24-hour counseling hotline service for individuals in need.
- Sheng Kung Hui Counseling Service for Problem Gamblers – provides individual and group counseling for people affected by problem gambling and provides community education.
- Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming of University of Macau – an academic institution providing public education and research for the stakeholders of Responsible Gaming in our community.
